The Elsa River Park seems to be on another planet or at least in Amazonia.
A rich vegetation accompanies us for about 4 km. We will we cross the river at various points on stone fords.
The turquoise water is a unique spectacle and the sound of the river pampers us throughout the fun walk.
We can also admire an old "stecchiaia" that is part of an elaborate hydraulic system built during the Middle Ages to bring the water to paper factories and mills in Colle di Val D'Elsa.
